This particular home was constructed in the late 1800’s set on the hill side of the Mt. Baker neighborhood overlooking Lake Washington. A unique blend of stone, marble, brick with vintage mill-work, original oak flooring and turn of the century architectural charm. Due to differential settlement, the foundation was sinking and we were asked to set the foundation and aesthetically re-level the home. This project also included an “extensive” interior remodel, including: New kitchen, bathroom, restoration of the hardwood floors, cedar deck, lath and plaster restoration and painting, driveways and hard-scaping around the perimeter. Our clients waited for years to find construction group capable of delivering all of these services. Schenkar Construction Design/Build was very proud to be chosen by our clients to restore this beautiful home.
